Doosan Bobcat, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of equipment for the construction, agricultural, landscaping and utility industries (among others), has officially opened a new Global Collaboration Center in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota. In addition to hosting aspects of the company’s global operations, the new center will serve as a meeting place for various teams to come together and directly collaborate on questions of Doosan Bobcat’s future projects.
Company CEO Scott Park described the center as an integral part of Doosan Bobcat’s continued innovation and success.
“The Global Collaboration Center will further advance the pioneering spirit of Doosan Bobcat by paving the way to new levels of innovation and success,” he said. “Our future is exciting, and the collaborative nature of the center will move us farther and faster.”
Doosan Bobcat explained the center’s location in an official press release:
“The center’s downtown Minneapolis location was selected due to its convenience and ease of accessibility for global employees and visitors via the nearby Minneapolis – St. Paul International Airport, which offers convenient flights to major U.S. and international cities. In addition, the center is within a short drive or quick flight from Doosan Bobcat’s North America headquarters in West Fargo and other facilities in North Dakota.”
Scott lauded Minneapolis as a beehive of technological innovation.
“Minneapolis has long been recognized as a hotbed of technology and engineering talent,” he said. “We’re excited for Doosan Bobcat to become a part of this vibrant community and contribute to its innovative spirit with our growing team of professionals.”
