New Holland to donate to non-profits as part of Haytools Giveaway

New Holland, a leading international manufacturer of construction and agricultural equipment, is expressing its gratitude to the agricultural industry in North America through a charitable event connected to its Great New Holland Haytools Giveaway. Two non-profit organizations—the National FFA Foundation in the United States and 4-H Canada in Canada—have been selected by the company to receive donations of $2 for each entry into the giveaway, for a total of up to $100,000.

“We feel it’s vital to give back to agricultural communities in any way we can,” said Brett Davis, vice president of New Holland, North America. “One way of recognizing producers is through this giveaway, but we also wanted to contribute to the future of our industry. FFA and 4-H Canada are non-profits that have extremely impactful programs, and we are honored to give back to these organizations. These non-profits are very close to our hearts as many of our employees are alumni and volunteer with these organizations in their local communities.”

Announced by New Holland at the Farm Progress Show 2019, the giveaway will run until 1 March 2020. There will be five grand prize winners, each receiving a New Holland haytool. One of the machines up for grabs is a special-edition Blue Power T6.180 Dynamic Command Transmission tractor with 855LA loader, Discbine® 313 mower-conditioner, Rolabar® 230 rake, Roll-Belt™ 560 Specialty Crop Plus round baler, and a special-edition blue L228 skid steer loader with bale grapple.
